About
Worlds Fastest Drummer™ UK
Drummerbuzz is the appointed official licensee
for the UK and parts of Europe to run WFD™ /
Extreme Sport Drumming™ events. Permissions
were exclusively granted by
Alan-McAfee, Inc, founders
and presiding over
World's Fastest Drummer™'.
We're delighted to be
part of this internationally growing phenomenon
and plan to make valuable use of this opportunity
to not only bring these exciting contest to
Europe, but more importantly continue raising the
profile of drumming in general whilst attracting
as many potential drummers as possible to the
world of drums.
We believe that not only
are WFD contests fun to attend and participate in,
but that they carry an immense community value,
educationally and as a live forum. Amongst
the numerous exciting facets of these events, they
provide both drummers and non-drummers alike with
opportunities for setting schedules for self
improvement and discipline.
This
is true not only during
the build up to an event, but also at the contest
itself where professional drummers are always on
hand to provide assistance and guidance to
participants. We view it most importantly as
a platform for Drummers (at all levels) to
exchange ideas, deliberate, debate on gear and more whilst enjoying entertainment at the
extreme end of drumming.
